We celebrated New Years somewhat low key this year.  After hanging out with Auntie Christine visiting from NYC, and dropping you off to bed at home, we headed over to your Ninang Helena’s for a Ryan Seacrest New Years countdown,  Jack Daniels, and good company.  Another alternative to going balls out for New Years?  Make it an intimate one. Ironically your mother and I didn’t stay up all night.  We jammed home after the countdown and I… well, puked everywhere - another humiliating story, I’m sure, your Mother will share with you at some point.
